Welcome to the team Matt!

We’re pleased to introduce you to the newest member of the Addresscloud team, Matt Travis!

Matt joins as a Geospatial Data Analyst, charged with wrangling the huge volumes of national address, property and perils data we process for clients. By streamlining and automating as many of our own processes as possible, Matt’s work will give our clients full confidence that the data they receive from us is absolutely accurate up to the minute.

Matt has spent nearly twenty years working with geospatial data after first becoming introduced to it through his oceanography degree.  He has since put his skills to use at Astun Technology, Dartmoor National Park and Plymouth City Council, he is also the Treasurer for the OSGEO:UK committee and helped to organise the popular Foss4gUK2019 conference in Edinburgh.

As we continue to grow and develop new data partnerships, Matt’s role is crucial to ensure that data is extracted, transformed and loaded efficiently, giving our clients the reassurance that they are working with the most current and accurate data available.
